How view the MM documents generated for SD billing documents?

Hi,

When we post a sales return document, a MM document should be generated to update the inventory and adjust the COGS. How can i find out which MM document has been generated for a sales return document?

Hi,

Use the following steps to find the inventory document related to the sales return.

1. Go to transaction VL02N and give the relevant delivery number.

2. Click on Document flow button. There you can see Return Goods receipt document.

3. Click on the document and select "Display Document" button.

4. Now you can see the inventory document and the relevant accounting entries also.

How can i find out which MM document has been generated for a sales return document?

Go to VA02 or VA03, key in the return sale order and press "Shift+F5". I presume, you want to see a material document corresponding to return delivery and not return sale order.
