Networkplan with planning doesn't show in CAT2 worklist (old planningdate)

With CJ20N we assigned persons to a networkplan f.i. 01.02.2010

In the CAT2 worklsit the networkplan is visible until a few months later, but after some time it disappears from the worklist.

Is this period customizable?

The persons wants to write his time only after a few months. We want to keep the old networkplans in the worklists.

This is standard behaviour based on your data entry profile customiation. Check worklist section. If you wanted to have data of last 60 days than give there 60. Maximmum you can give there 999 ( apprximatel 3 years back data ) Give f1 on "In Proc. since" field for better understansing.

Of course that is what should be done, but people are lazy, and they don't want to change the activities

in the profile I found the Lower limit relative field. When you fill 26 instead of 13 it shows the planned networkplans for half a year instead of 13 weeks.

The performance may be less, because users can scroll 26 weeks back, but projects will stay in the worklist longer when no time is yet written on the projects.

thanks for your reply.

we already tried to change the number for "in process since" in the profile. This has an effect on the worklist items for which already records in CATS exist. In case there is never any time written on a networkplan this number has no effect.

The networkplan for date 01.02.2010 dissapears in month 04 whatever the number for "in process since".

When we change the number to 365 still the mentioned networkplan is not visible.

Do you have any other suggestions?

I think this is the only field which control it. It should work. You can test same by recording old data on 01.01.2010 and put 365 in that field. It should work if atleast that posted record once displayed in your work list... it should be there up to remaning 364 days.

Hope that by this time your other Worlist section settings(Tick mark like from resource planing, by work center etc.. ) which decides which data should stays in worklist should have changed.

Try extending the duration of the activty keeping the old network plan as it is. Schedule your project and then check.
