Multi-page TIFs

Running MDM version 7.1 SP04

We receive multi-page TIFs from RightFax and we are unable to load these in Data Manager. However, other multi-page TIFs load just fine. What could be the reasoning for this? Is there a server config setting that should be changed, etc.? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe that files had different format(not supported in MDM) you can convert your tiff files to another format before loading

you can found many applications(graphic converters or editors) for that
