SAP DDIC Last login time

Hi Experts,

Please help me with below scenario:

1. USR02 table shows that user's last login time is 03/07/2010 00:00:00

2. Sm20 logs shows that user has successfully logged in to the system on 03.07.2010

parameter for password is login/password_expiration_time 30

I undestand that last logon time is 00 only if admin has changed the password for user.

Please help to understand why all three document are showing contradictory data.

Looks like DDIC ran some jobsteps in client 000 and processed some screens in a batch. Probably transport related and there was some activity in other client dependent data imports as well.

The job might have been scheduled to start at midnight and managed to do exactly that.

Take a look in table TBTCP whether DDIC appears there for a jobstep definition (generally, and specific on that date). Keep an eye out for program RDDIMP* .

It will be easier for you to contact the "basis" folks and enquire about DDIC than asking here on SDN. By design they "own" this user for upgrade purposes and some repair tasks.

It is about client 018 and dialog login of the user DDIC.

user has successfully logged in to the system on 03.07.2010 and time is 09:33:30.

However USR02 shows that last logon date and time is 03.07.2010 00:00:00

Since password expiry is for 30 days and user had changed the password on 19/10/2007, it should have asked for new password on 03/07/2010 without this system doesn't allow user to login.

However change document does not show anyhing like that.

You already know what this is but please look at the column header LTIME( is it 00:00:00 ?)

Where is the date stamp ? you have output of two clients is that correct? which one you are talking about.

The change document will show what changes were done on those days, after 2008 I dont see any changes for the user

the above output will not give the last logon details
