Hi,

My server0 is not working. I am getting the following error message:

      • ERROR => The Java VM terminated with a non-zero exit code.

      • Please see SAP Note 943602 , section 'J2EE Engine exit codes'

      • for additional information and trouble shooting.

**********************************************************************

[Thr 4480] JLaunchCloseProgram: good bye (exitcode = -11113)

I went through the note. The problem is regrding the password of user SAPJSF.

I changed the password in

ABAP system and even in config tool, but still i am facing the same problem.

Thanks & Regards,

Arpita Saini

Hi Arpita,

Whera have you changed the password? It needs to be the same one in abap and java.

In java, you have to ensure that the following parameters are correct (check them with config tool):

○ ume.r3.connection.master.passwd

○ ume.r3.connection.master.user SAPJSF

Tha password must be the one you entered in SU01 in abap side.

Hi Arpita,

There are some things you should check:

1) In the Java Add-In Installation, you must use users from the ABAP System. You can refer to SAP Note 718383 for more information on this.

2) You have to make sure that the communication user, SAPJSF has the correct authorizations. And be sure that you can logon to the R/3 with both SAPJSF (with the same password which is maintained in the UME parameter!) and J2EE_ADMIN.

3) You should check that the appropriate settings are in place for the R3 in the propertysheet com.sap.security.core.ume.service and also in the Secure Store area of the ConfigTool.

Please also check the help page below:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/49/9dd53f779c4e21e10000000a1550b0/content.htm

I hope this helps.

Hello,

My solman was runing, but the suddenly i found my sapjsf locked.

So, I unlocked it and changed the pasword. After that I restarted the system and mu server0 is not starting.

So, I assume my setting are fine, its only because of the password my server is not starting.

Thanks & Regards,

Hello Arpita,

This error is quite general. Is there some mor information in the std_server0.out log?

Regarding user SAPJSF, please ensure that role SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION_RO is assigned to this user in the abap side (and that the profile for that role is also generated there).

Best regards,
