Hi ,

I am using SAP EASY DMS,

SCENARIO: Is it any way possible that I can get the dates as in the date on which the document was released, and when the status was chaged to old request.

As of now I get the dates by LAST CHAGED.

Kindly guide me on this.

I got it by using the table DRAP.

Hi Sunaina,

as far as I know this 'Change documents' function only exists in the backend DMS transactions (e.g. CV03N). So for getting this information you would have to jump from EasyDMS to the SAPGUI and here go to menu 'Environment' >> 'Change Documents'. On the next screen you will see the data of all previous changes. ´

Thanks for the reply, It is not the changes I want to track in document

My requirement is that I want the dates on which status of particular document is changed

for eg I have defined three status in DC10 1 ) work request status

2) Released Status

3) Old Version status

Is it anyway possible that I can get teh dates on which the status has been chaged say from work request to Released

Hi again,

getting the dates of the status change is also only available in the backend system. In CV03N for example you see a button

'Status log' which shows the requested information.

hi,

this functionality is not available in easyDMS. As an alternate, you can open the document from easyDMS in SAP GUI using change/display with SAP GUI and then access the required details in backend system
