XI Queue taking a long time

Hello,

I have a brand new sandbox PI system and I built a File -> IDoc interface. It's working properly and sending the IDoc successfully to ECC, however it takes a very long time. The message remains in the SMQ2 queue for 10-15 minutes (I haven't timed it exactly). Any thoughts why this may be happening?

Please check if there are enough RFC resources available for sending IDocs. You can check them using SARFC txn. If you see "Not enough resources", you'll have to adjust the settings to give RFCs more number of work processes.

I checked that transaction in both XI and ECC and they both have enough resources. Any thoughts what else could be the issue?

Please register queues in SXMB_ADM->Manage queues->Register queues>Activate queues.It will resolve the issue.

Queues are registered, that is not the issue. Anything else?
