Alert Configuration

Hi guys,

I am creating alerts for XI interfaces.

As a first step , i created the alert categories.

Further, i wanted to add rule in RWB -> Alert Configuration.

But, Add rule & change rule buttons are disabled there.....

is it something to do with authorizations with my userid......

pls provide ur valuable inputs....

Yes, there are configuration settings and authorizations required for this. This is a basic question and should be searched on SDN / SAP Help before posting.

Hi Santhosh,

Add the roles mentioned by krishna in this thread. Even if it didnot work then try sudharshan reply:

Also as neetesh is mentioning this is disucssed few times in sdn. Please do a search.
