Our developers designed a process that retrieves information and brings to the screen. Depending on the amount of data, multiple rows are generated. When you click on one of the rows, the program takes you to another screen and the information from that row is filled in and you can perform more processing. When you test this on the pc, it works correctly. When you test this using ITSMOBILE app, when you select the row and click enter, you get "Place cursor on desired value". The process is not recognizing the value that you highlighted. We are not sure if this can be done using ITSMOBUILE or not. this is the first time we are trying this and we just started using ITSMOBILE.
hase anyone siccessfully done this type of processing using ITSMOBILE? if so, can you share what you had to do to have the process recognize the data in the row
