Contract and SC without relationship

We have SRM 5.0

We have noticed that SC items that relate to a contract, generate automatic PO (this is correct). However, on historical documents (in the SC as in the PO) does not show that relationship.

In fact in the transaction BBP_PD, does not exist header links and position links .

What is happening? any idea?

The problem is not how to find the relationship SC-PO, the problem is that there is no such relationship. If you have made SC with contract items, you may have noticed that the history shows the relationship of SC with the PO generated, this does not happen here.

When purchasers consult the PO generated automatically from SC, can not see the SC source.

Are you in classic or extended classic.

If you are in classic - you can see the PO data in BBP_PD item data in

BP_PDBEI

if you atre in Extended mode

In BBP_PD transactions

you can see the linkage between SC and PO in Header Links:

Hi Muthu.

My problem in detail is.

a. I made a SC, this contain items with contract.

b. When these positions were authorized, an automatic PO was created.

c. The PO was created correctly, but the relationship in documents there is not exist. I review in trx BBP_PD BUS2121 or BUS2201 but this relationship don't exist.

d. I notice that status I1111 and I1113 don't exist.

e. At the same, the table BBP_PDBEI donu2019t contain registry of field BE_OBJECT_TYPE and BE_OBJECT_ID

f. I know that PO was create correctly, because I can see this in contract histoy link. But I canu2019t see the PO in document history of SC. And I can't see the SC in document history of PO.

the history you can see source of supply tab and bbp_pd - contract number thats all.

linkages are happen for linkage table only between SC and PO only in your scenario

from Contract , you can track from releases which PO s are released. from PO , you wil come to know what is the sc.

IN EVERY CONTRACT , RELEASE YOU CAN SEE THE po NUMBER
