PI backup strategy Question

Hi.

I want to know PI backup strategy.

In case of ABAP stack, we usually backup database daily but PI has ABAP+JAVA Stack.

Do we have to backup /usr/sap/<SID> or /sapmnt/<SID> directory daily ?

Arnild,

the ABAP & Java stacks share the same DB (different schema) so your current DB Backup stategy should suffice however you should refer to the PI Technical Operations Manual,

i.e,
