Notifications send to reviewers

Hello all, I am working with SRM 7.0

My question is: when reviewers receive notifications about shopping cart status?

Is possible that when first approver approved SC the system sends a notification to reviewer?

Hi

If your first step is completion step then the approver can add an ad hoc reviewer to the header while approving it..

If you want this to be happen automatically, you need do a BADI implementation (BADI Name: /SAPSRM/BD_WF_REVIEWER_RULE) u2026

Hello Barath, thanks for your answer but my question is about notifications that receive reviewers that appears in a shopping cart.

For example, I have a reviewer added in a SC and I need that when SC is approved, he/she receive an email. How can I do that?

Simple, you have do following configuration to archive this..

IMG Path:

SAP Supplier Relationship Management ->SRM Server ->Cross-Application Basic Settings ->Business Workflow ->Process-Controlled Wrokflow ->Business Process Configuration->Define Recipient of Notifications

Here you need to add an entry for reviewer..
