Hi,
In CN41N there is column "Proj. Cost Plan 2".
Presssing Help on it is showing " Project cost plan (version 2)
Project cost plan: comparative version".
I am unable to understand from where this cost is coming. Kindly Help.
Thanks,
Harsh.
Hi Harsh,
Check if costs have been planned in some other version other than 0.

Gokul

Hi,
yes we are using other CO versions as well.
First very rough planning is done in E1 which is used to create E2...E5 and then finally E0
Then finance Dept. use E0 to create there own F1-F5 and then F0,
Then Dept. use F0 to create there own D1-D5 and lastly D0.
I have put values in E1, but it is not coming in Project Cost plan 2 column and neither in Project Cost Plan.
I know that Project Cost plan column only shows '0' version' cost.
Thanks,
Harsh.
I always prefer to use CN41 instead of CN41N. if you use CN41 you have the liberty of assigning which version you want to see in Plan version 2 column, but i dont find such choices in CN41N.
Execute Cn41...pull in proj cost sch(both the versions) field...now goto Settings>value display>plan version..here you can assign which column should show which version, now you can select E1 or E2 as per your requirement and then compare.
Project COst Plan Column; Value comes from CO version '0'.
Project COst Plan 2 Column; Value comes from CO version '1'.

If you have planned costs for version 1 other than version 0, you will seee the planned cost of version 1 in that column.
