Former Member

Dear Guru's,

We're in phase of configuring SDCCN in solution manager, while assigning Master System for satellite system, its throwing error message. But the Back rfc was working fine in the satellite system. And also have RFC authorization for the users.

-

Error Message:

Back destination from system ECQ to master system

SLM cannot be found

-

Could anyone guide me for the above issue.

regards,

Guna

Which same problem ? the original BACK destination issue or the same error in SDCCN

Please check note 824521 for the original issue - might help to resolve the issue

Best wishes

The error you are getting in SDCCN sounds like SDCCN is not activated - see note 763561

for details and try the same step again

Regarding the original issue if it continues-->

What part of the configuration are you doing when the error occurs

How did you create the BACK destination initially - via Solution Manager or manually ?

Does the user assigned exist in both systems - please also try assigning password in all lower cases

Did you also generate working TRUSTED RFC destinations before creating and assigning BACK ?

Hi

This error can be caused by a number of things - for example due to authorizations or a missing faulty BACK or trusted

RFC.

Please try

Go to SDCCN of your SATELLITE system, from menu Goto -> Setting

-> Task Specific

Then > RFC Destinations > Settings

Here, you can add the BACK rfc (which is the rfc from Satellite

system to Solman system) and if you want to set the Solman system as

master, just check on the Master checkbox.

Best wishes

Hi

We dont find any missing authorization, coz., S_RFC & S_RFCACL these objects included in the role assigned for that user and also SAP_SDCCN_ALL role also included for that user. Back RFC & Trusted RFC working fine.

We tried

This error can be caused by a number of things - for example due to authorizations or a missing faulty BACK or trusted

RFC.

also tried:

SDCCN of our SATELLITE system, from menu Goto -> Setting -> Task Specific

its throwing error message,

"No customizing items available," after clicking OK, it again giving next error message "Error occured during tree creation"

Any other suggestions please.

Dear Guna,

You may need to Re-Activate SDCCN as described in SAP Note 763561, if it is already active.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Please also kindly ensure the authorization test is working well apart from the connection test for the back rfc in sm59.

Dear JIAMIN PAN,

Is BCOS_CUST entry required for SDCCN configuration, coz., its all related to Create Message Notification/Create Message to SAP.

Dear SH,

Connection test & authorization test working fine.

Any other suggestions please.

Guna

Have you add the RFC in the table BCOS_CUST in the ECC system?
