we can reset orasid password
its there any issue wil come later
my oraird password has been expired

You can change the password for orasid.
For linux - use this cmd :-- passwd orasid (from the root)

Yes, you can reset the pasword of ora<sid> at the OS level. Actually it a good practice to change the admin passwords once in three months or so to increase the security.
NB: Make sure that you change the password of this user wherever it is hard coded. Eg: In our case we have hardcoded the password in the init<SID>.sap file which is used for log file shipping to the DR site. We used to change the pwd in that file too whenver we change the password.
