Documents attachment option not visible

Hi

We are Solution Manager 7.0

Recently upgraded ST-PI, BBPCRM,ST, SAP_ABA and SAP_BASIS as per SAP recommendations

Version is also upgraded from 12 to 14

After the upgrade, document attachment option is not visible through the PCUI

In SICF, Content server service is active and User maintained

But still the document is not displayed in PCUI

Please suggest what we can do to display the same

i have tried as suggested

but still the issue remained

please suggest any other alternative to be cross checked
