Customer master not getting transferred from R/3 to GTS

Hello All,

I am trying to transfer Customer Master from SAP R/3 to GTS. Sometime back I could transfer 2 customers.

Now when I am trying to transfer customer master I am getting message in R/3 - "0 processed".

When I checked in GTS, found that the number range for customer master is getting used up - earlier the current number was 22...now it is 30. But I cannot find any customers with number 23 to 30.

In GTS log for Business Partners it is giving an error - No data selected from table /SAPSLL/TCOPAO.

Can someone please help how to proceed.

Hi Sonalika,

check whether your view /SAPSLL/V_TCOPAO has these entries,

/SAPSLL/BP SAP GTS: Business Partner Business Partner Distribution MD_BP Master Data Distribution/Maintenance: Bus. Partner (Live)

/SAPSLL/BP SAP GTS: Business Partner Business Partner Mapping MD_BPM Master Data Maintenance: Business Partner Mapping (Live)

For BP num range please check in config /SAPSLL/SNUM_PROD.

Check in table BUT000 for the number of business partners available in your system. You could chose to see how many have moved in to GTS from ECC on dates & change logs.

Also check for RFC connection.
