You can refer to the OSS note 308989 which clearly tells the configurations needed.

Hi Prasanna,

You have to go to service.sap.com and find out this OSS note. I should not copy and paste the contents here. If you get the note, then you should be able to understand the process and the configurations needed for this.

Otherwise just search in SDN itself, there will be lot of posts explaining about the I.C configuration.
