Product category replication after system refresh

Hi Gurus,

Recently Our sandbox system was refreshed with production data. Both ECC and SRM were refreshed. While testing a shopping cart, I noticed that product categories were not found and hence cannot create a SC.

I checked the config, ports, and validated the BDLS; everything seems to be ok.

I thought when system is refreshed, all data will be copied(prod categories). Please advise if I am missing anything or if I have to replicate the prod categories again.

RHOMATTRIBUTES_REPLACE run this report.

prcat (PRCAT is a attribute for product category) string check box

old logical system :from where copied logic system

new logic-- new logical system

and select all record replace

PS:- see extended attribute it might pointing to unwanted logical system description.

you may need to all attributes which points to old logical system like cost center(CNT) , acs, sys.. clue SEE INHERITED ATTRIBUTE tab

and correct all logical system by the baove report.

in THE ECC system CRMRFCPAR might pointing to old logical srm system that you need to correct and see SETTINGS IN smoeac BOTH SITES ...
