Table for Shopping cart reject status

Hi,

I just want to know the table name to get the rejected Shopping cart status ? I couldn't find the rejected record in crm_jest table.

Is there any table or FM is available to check the rejection status ?

You can find reject status in table CRM_JEST with status value I1016 (Release Rejected).

Hello,

Using BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL and providing the cart number as input, you will receive the table E_STATUS as result.

This table contains the cart status and it is linked to crm_jest.

Check the status ID that you are looking for.
