Is there another way to obtain data from SAP similar to BD87 & BD88 report?

Hello All,

As part of compliance activities, I am trying to review the following IDOC reports, BD87 and BD88 and review the reasons for any documents failing posting, if any.

But when I execute SE16 and enter the tables BD87 or BD88, I get the following error,

" Table BD87 is not Active in the Dictionary" and the same for BD88. Is this an error? and how can this be fixed?

Also, is there another way to obtain data from SAP and see similar reports like those from BD87 and BD88?

Hi Shaki,

you can go to transaction BD87 and select the period that you want to review the IDOCS and hit execute. it shows you all the IDOCS both processed and failed IDOCS. it also shows the reason for failing.

They are transactions, not tables. You can execute as detailed by Sun

you can use RBDMON00 in transaction SA38.
