Assigning Existing FF IDs to Existing Users.

Hi All ,

Please correct if I am wrong on the STEPS in assigning the existing user to existing Firefighter IDs

In PE1 --> /VIRSA/VFAT --> FireFighter TAB ---> New Entries ---> Assigned FFID to the user with Valid to date then SAVE.

Do I have to maintain CONTROLLERS, SECURITY, REASON CODE Tabs too ??.

Please go to GRC5.3 config guide and look at SPM5.3 , it has step by step procedure.

to answer your question:

Yes that is way you have to do , but if I remember correctly the controller and owner configuration is required to complete the access process.
