Dear Gurus,

I have activated the CO Integration with Internal Order in cProject 4.5.

I linked Business Partner-->u201D TESTu201D with CID : 2 ( the CID has been created in another R3 System..)

I create a project,

I create a task,

I assign Internal Order to task,

I create a Role PM with Business Partner : TEST.

I assign task to my Business Partner PM.

I released My project .

So I expect to see worklist in Timesheet, so I enter in cats with CID : 2, in validity date, but I have not seen

Anything, I cannot assign hours to my task, because I donu2019t see it.

Somebody Could help me to understand If I forget some steps.

Thank you in advance

Vanessa

Hi Vanessa,

Please can you clarify,

What is CID? Is it a PERNR?

Understand that cProjects & R3 are on seperate instances / servers. Have you set up the ALE for CATS in this case?

Hi SeJo,

Yes sorry, CID = PERNR yes RFC ALE It seems ok.

What else Can I check?

Thanks in advance.

Check if you have configured the ALE as per OSS note 954860.

The Internal order should have status "Released" to enable time sheet booking.

Hi all,

I have used another system and finally in my Cats I see the worklist with my task.

ok.

Now I'd like declare hours on my task, but I cannot do it because when I insert the hours below in section " Data Entry Area" ,

I have all rows "Blank", I try to insert hours and the system gives me a message CATSXT000, the project is not present in worklist!!!!, I think I have to do another step to "move" my task from worklist to Data Entry List so I can declare Hours but I don't know How I can do it, Somebody can help me?

Thanks

Vanessa
