Colleagues what does SAPALL propagation range mean and what is its implication.

Hi Sandeep,
Propagation range is your own customised selection
criteria which is very much similar to creating a
variant in transactions.
In this range, you can define your mostly used
products, resources etc., so that it can be used
for display and for planning purposes. This
will be generally used for planning and planning
table purposes.
SAPALL refers to the generic selection including
all available elements

In Propagation range user define the products and resources to be planned .The user does not have any change authorization for products and resources outside the propagation range.
First time you are requested to select a propagation range when they call the product planning table .
I think it may give you clear view.
