Hi Rajeev
it's actually all the transaction that has to be launched in the internet explore the error message i get is diagnose connection prblem
but when i run solman-workcenter i get this error: Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
other transations gives me windows can not find http://<ac_host>:<ac_port>/acc make sure you typed correctly

Hi,
Check whether you able to ping the Solution Manager IP address from your machine. Also Check the firewall setting/configuration in the SolMan Server. Make sure that the port 5<Inst. No.>00 is reachable from ur machine.
If the server is on windows, try to execute the transation in the server itself to check whether you are able to execute that tcode successfully. If it is so then we can conclude that teh issue with N/W or the FireWall.

Hi Kay,
What diagnostics message you are getting? Could you please explain more?
Is it anything related to your firewall? Please check your local network does allow the workcenter URL.
