Voice php_saprfc.dll Prophecy Server is not coming up

Hello Experts,

I am trying Voxeo Prophecy (Prophecy: 8.0.252.0 - VCS: 8.0.273.0 - VXML: 8.1.31959 - Designer: 1.7.27664.31193.0 ) connect to SAP CE 7.2 Preview (Voice Components are installed). I have done a sample application in VC and its seems okay. But the Prophecy server - Registering extension=php_saprfc.dll doesn't start the server back.

librfc.dll was not registered at OS. I installed SAPGUI instead of trying in Manually. It works!
