Smartform to OTF to PDF attached to an email ERROR.

Hi,

When I send the converted otf data to PDF via email, trying to open the pdf fileit is throwing error and the page is blank.

I have verified there is no issue in my code by saving the pdf file on my desktop and it open with out any errors.

I have the latest Adobe version i.e. Ver 9.3

Please suggest how to rectify the pdf error.

Hello

We can suggest as a test run transaction code SOST and view the email request before it is sent. If the data is missing the problem lies with form creation if not check with the communications configuration is correctly set (via SCOT).

Also be aware that when a PDF is sent via email, then the device type configured in transaction SCOT is usd for the conversion. You must maintain the correct device type in transaction SCOT too.
