Dear All,

My requirment is For example, we have one customer Sharaf. Sharaf has out lets in all cities. We created all Sharaf outlets as a customers. In total, we might have 20 codes for Sharaf customer. Sharaf code 1000000 is one code for one of Sharaf Jeddah outlet, .

Problem:

Now for reporting purpose only, if management want to see Sharaf performance at national level, they have to input, all Sharaf customer codes.

We want to create one parent customer code for u201CSharaf-KSAu201D and all Sharaf codes should be under it. There will be no sales, no activity allowed under u201CSharaf-KSAu201D, it wll be only used for reporting purpose. When user will put u201CSharaf-KSAu201D customer code in customer field. All Sharaf codes sales will be shown.

Is this thing can be handle by Customer Hierarchy? and if yes then how?

Hi,

If reporting is your major concern, then you can also use Customer Group.

You can define all the Sharaf Outlets as SO customer group and assign this group to all the relevant Sharaf Outlet customer master and in the selection screen include the field customer group. The user can enter the customer group in the selection screen and run the report, the system will consolidate the sales of the particular customer group and display.

Hi Mohsin,

Yes this can be handled by Customer Hierarchy in SAP. You can create a Hierarcht Node using Account Group 0012 for the customer u201CSharaf-KSAu201D and then assign the Sold-to party customer to this Node in T-Code VDH1N. Remember you have to 1st do all the config in SPRO. Also you would require to develop a report using ABAP Code to get the sales details for the highest level customer.
