Header text in SO

Hello, When I try to click on Picklist/bill of lading text I get this message at bottom of the screen and I can change only the way they have suggested as below

Text is formatted -> Details

Message no. VX202

Diagnosis

You have formatted the text in a way that cannot be displayed by Text Edit Control.

Procedure

Maintain the text by choosing "Details" or double-clicking to go to the text editor.

But I have another text which is "customer service reminder" text and when I click on it it will be in change mode.I can change anything.Why I cannot do same in SO for above two texts directly in SO itself?
