Hi SAP team,
I have an issue in which a FB03 document shows changes by a specific user. However, user states she did not change anything in the document as authorization is not given for such. (So user did not perform the change)
The change might have been done by a Batch ID and points out her name as the person who changed.
I presume a set of activites from this user was run and triggered the document to have the status changed from Old A to New B.
Doc Status - A (doc created)
Doc Status - B (doc incomplete)
Are there any transactions/reports to track what specific user did on July 7th for example?? this can lead me to an explanation of how her name was pointed out.
Any help is appreciated.
Regards,
Roger

Hi Roger,
Try transaction STAD or if you activated logs then try SM20.
thanks,

Hi ,
If you look in this Forum lot of postings are available for SM19,SM20, STAT & STAD
Many a times this has happened in my projects especially related to finance, at one point the client locked the user out
and were planning to fire the consultant.
I would suggest you to check properly the processinvolved especially the Batchid, RFC-user etc... and perform a mock test one more time after locking the dialogue user.

Franklyn, thanks for the information. STAT and STAD are alllowed to use...SM19 and SM20 are not authorized which makes my investigation harder..I will have to try another alternative...
Thanks a lot

thanks a lot for the valuable input.
I figured out that her ID shows as the person who changed as she triggered some reports (automated clearing) which explains how her name appears in the doc change log, even though user does not have access to change.
Since the program created incomplete document (no clearing was done) a new status was set to B (and shows her user ID) as a result.

Roger
