PPose transaction -Cost distirbution tab

Hi all,

When user goes into PPOSE transaction and selects the organisational unit.

user clicks the orgunit it shows him the Cost distribution tab below.

but when he clicks the position it doesn't shows him the cost distribution tab at the bottom.

Can you please help me what authorization object is missing for the user, which is not allowing the user to view the Cost distribution tab.

Also please advice me, whenever there is missing tabs in transctions, how can I find the missing object for the corresponding tabs.
