GRC master data elements

Could you please tell me what are the master data elements in GRC and what strategy we should follow for these items?

What exactly do you mean under "master data element"? Users, Roles, Risks, Workflow?

Hi Artem,

Thanks for your reply. I want to know what the master data for GRC. For example from R3, Material Master Data strategy, Material master records. So basically I want to know what the master data is and what is the best way to go about defining/creating it.

There are a lot of master data files you should prepare.

For ERM we prepared:

-Number of roles which we need to see in system and which we need maintain in ERM.

-Aploading Files with needed roles (via program VIRSAREDNLD)

-Approvers for these roles

-Functional areas which will be used for routing in CUP

-BP and SubBP

For CUP:

-Planning routes and approvers on each stage

-BP and SubBP

For RAR:

-Uploading Auth. Obj and Tr. Data files

-Standard delivered files with risks and rules

-Planing and making mitigations

It's only what I remember

I take all this information when follow with GRCConfig. guide and Inst. Master guide.
