Master Data Issue

Hi All,

I cannot able to chage the field Street 4 (Address Data - XD02) as it is in display mode. The account group used is 0001.

And in OBD2 (Account group 0001), the field Street 4 is marked as Opt Entry. My question is though the field is marked as Opt entry in OBD2 why is it appearing in Display mode and not allowing me to change the data? and how can i change the data now??

Hi, friend

Pls check T-Code: OB20 (Define Screen Layout per Activity(Customers))

then go into Transaction Type "Change Customer (Centrally)".

Find out the configuration of field Street4, then modify it to which you want.

Please also make the configuration in the TCODE OB20 and then try.

You should maintain the same settings in OB20 also.
