SM04 is showing blank Client,User,Terminal,Transaction

Dear all ,

I have checked SM04 , its showing Blank Client,User,Terminal,Transaction but only showing Time ,Session,Type,Megabyte.

pls find the below , there is no Client,User,Terminal,Transaction

09.45.22 1 GUI 0

HI Satheesh,

There are two possibilities

1. Please check the time and compare it with the current time. If the session is very old session that might be the terminated dummy session which is very old, so that you can directly kill it.

2. Please check you GUI patch and update it to the latest and then try the same. Yor problem should solve with any of the option.
