Formatting error while converting SAP Script to PDF

Hi,

Converting a SAP Script to PDF file,while viewing the script in the print preview option the alignment is correct,but when the script is converted to PDF format,the alignment goes wrong.

please suggest an option for the same.

The problem has been solved.formatting went wrong because of the spacing in the columns.
