cProjects SAP DMS error 26000

Hello SAP Gurus,

Iam getting the error 26000 when i try to transfer the documents from SAP DMS to cprojects folder in SAP DMS tab.

Also iam getting the error when i try to create a new DIR of type PRJ.

I found one reason could be because of the mandatory fields set in Document Type PRJ.

What else could be the reason?.

Also is there any way to make this field appear in cproct while craeting the project?

, do you mean via the 'Object Linking' feature in DMS? If yes, please ensure that the 'c-projects Elements' object has been selected for the particular document type in DC10. Also, to view the attached DIR in c-projects, ensure that the RFC is established b/w c-projects and DMS.

Hello Pradeep,

I think you didnt get my problem exactly.

All these settings are done and working for document type PQR.

But with the same settings when i make authorization group as mandatory field for another doc type XYZ iam getting error when i try to create a document from cprojects as there is no field for entering the authorization group which can be entered in SAP DMS otherwise.

Hello,

We could not find any solution so we did not suggest to use this functionality.

Only the object linking functionality was used to link the documents.
