One extractor is not working. The extractor is WD_EFWK_ADMINUI_CONFIG. The log file for the extractor has this message:

[Filesystem] File path [/opt/sap_logs/SMD/J98/SMDAgent/temp/ctc_test_PD4_1281831794880.zip] is not accessible check the property 'smd.file.root_directories' in the Smd administration UI; canonical path is [/opt/sap_logs/

This file exists. The "smdadmin" account is used to start smd on this server. The smdadmin account can access the file.

All the other extractors are working. How do I check the property 'smd.file.root_directories' in the Smd administration UI?

Dear Timothy,

please open SMD Agent Administration (https://<yoursolman_server>:<port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~smd~server~agent~admin/SMDAgentAd...) and go to tab 'ApplicationsConfiguration'. Here please select the configuration node "com.sap.smd.agent.application.filesystem" and check the value of smd.file.root.directories.

Best Regards,

Holger
