can any body give me valuble solution

i received everyday tonnes of coal moisture analysis hourly base so i suggest moisture content done by manual inspection after the day result they caliculate mean value this mean value update at the time of issue

my client want issue in Dry Moisture Weight based one results we want reduced the quantity

EX:- 15.08.2010 i received 1000 tonnes of Wet Coal, every hour i checked the moisture at the day end mean value is 5% moisture content now after analysis 950tonnes is Dry coal i want issue this quanity only how we will map in sap any configuration is need tell me step by step i will appriciate

Hi

You can use use fixed sampling type in sampling procedure with sample size as 24 (suppose based on hourly basis, you will record result for 24 samples). So during RR, you will get 24 entries to make. And average value will be your avg moisture.

Now make a MIC as mass_t (Total mass) and another as mass_d( Dery mass). mass_d will be calculated char.

Make inspection plan as char 10 moisture, char 20 mass_t and char 30 as mass_d.

For mass_d, formula will be c0020-(c0010/100)*c0020

Put c0030 value to unrestricted and the rest to sample usage.
