HI all,

My Server is not getting Started ,SAPMMC Dispatcher is Down also my WP Table shows Status as "ENDED"

this is my dev_disp file

Hi,

This happens when SAP is not able to connect to the database. Check whether the oracle services are up and running.

Also try to execute R3trans -x as the <sid>adm user and post the trans.log.

This seems that there is an issue with the listener service in your server.

Execute services.msc in run and check whether the listener service is up and running in services.msc. If not, start the listener service and try to start SAP instance again.
