To hold condition

Hi all

I'm working with ECC 6. u2013 ehp 4

In RE-FX Contract maintain 3 conditions and it is working fine. But some situation I want to hold only 1 condition.

After 2-3 months the same 1 condition will process regularly with all pending dues.

I want to Hold only one condition in RERAPP posting.

eg. In contract 3 Condition with frequency 1 months

Rent Office 10000.00

Rent Godown 15000.00

Maint. Chg. 2000.00

When running RERAPP system post above three condition every month. and it is working fine. (Apr-10, May-10)

But I want to Hold ond condtion - Maint. Chg. - 2000.00 (for June -10) only one month.

Now also require Posting in July - 2010 -

Rent Office 10000.00

Rent Godown 15000.00

Maint. Chg. 4000.00. (two months)

Hi Nilesh,

it is possible to change the due date of single items in the partner cashflow. So you might change the due date for Maint.Chg. form June to Juliy.

It is correct to change due date, so posting happen as per due date.

but Franz, I have around 3500 contracts and every month which conditions to be hold that is our business decision.

May be 100-150 condition hold every month and whatever condition hold we have to make mannual provision.

eg. dr. Expenses

cr. Provision.

Hi Nilesh,

dou you want to exluce all postings for one specific condition type? With EhP4 you have the possibility to select the condition type in the posting run.

Thanks for your prompt reply,

We are in ECC 6.0 with ehp 4.0 also in dev. server activated Business Function RE_GEN_CI_1 & RE_GEN_CI_2.

In Posting RERAPP - there is no selection for condition. Please help me if any configuration required.

Hi Nilesh,

this function is delivered with Business Function RE_GEN_CI_2. The field condition type should be visible in RERAPP if the function is activated.

Did you check in dev. server where Business Function RE_GEN_CI_2 is activated and then RERAPP select options in the same system?
