Hi Experts
My client handles long term projects.
The individual work package head is identified as Person Reposible.
However, due to long run of project, there is change of resp person in between.
So, is there any mentod to maintain the person responsible for a specofic period (first 1 year; Mr X, and then Mr Y)
Please give clue if any enhancement in the regard.
warm regards
ramSiva
Hi Marias,
Another thought,
Structure your WBS element based on dates and give the responsible person.

Mayank,
You achieve your requirement by using Work Force Planning, there you can maintain person for a valid period.

Either you needto go for custom development here reporting is quite clear Or in SAP you can achieve the same via creating same level another WBS and settle old WBS to new and start using new WBS with new personal responsible. But for reporting of entire you need to use both WBS.

I dont think it is possible in Std. SAP. May be you can create custom tabs & fields for WBS and use it.

I have a second thought here, May be i can provide you some work around rather than a development. But before that I would like to know few details. Are you going to use this for reporting purpose? Are you using HR ? Are you going to provide authorization for WBSE based on person responsible? and other details if you like to provide us.
