Hello Experts,

I am getting

DCOM interface error:80040154

Class is not registered

When I try to sapstartsrv.exe

Operation: Install service + Register COM Interface + Start Service

SID: TGT

NR: Sys Nr. (same as <SRC>)

Startprofil<drive>: <DRIVE>:\usr\sap\<TGT>\SYS\profile\START_ DVEBMGS<nn>_<host>

User: .\SAPService<TGT>

Password: sapservice<tgt> password

It shows massage

Canot install service

create service failed: 421

the account name is invalid or does not exist, the password is invalid

for the account name spacified.

As i check this user has the full authorization of the server.

Please help..

Hi,

> User: .\SAPService<TGT>

indicate a local user not a domain user.

domain user should be specified like <domain name>\SAPService<TGT>

So try specify the domain user including the domain name

Check the SAP Note 1375494 - SAP system does not start after applying SAP kernel patch.

Also check check user in domain or local.
