CVC Creation

Hi All,

I am trying to create CVC using infocube.

The process gets success but I don't see the CVC created?

am I mssing something?

Hi Prabhat

While creating CVCs based on infocube, we should maintain the from to Dates in our MC62 T-code. In the infocube we should have data for creating CVC between these date range. If we data in the same date range than only we are able to create CVCs.

Hi Parabhat,

The 3 checks mentioned by Nagaraju is sufficient to understans the problem.

Many a times we end up giving wrong dates,mention the long horizon date

and check the hits. If hit is zero no cvc will get loaded. If hit is not zero then check the logs,

may be cvc structure not macthing with cube.

If hit is zero, check giving same conditions to infocube and check the contents.

Hi,

When you are creating CVCs from infocube, please make sure that the input values in the selection screen of the transaction for creating CVCs are correct:

1. Version in the selection screen is existing in infocube. This is the version in the infocube and not in the DP PA.

2. Secondly, date from and to fields need to be correct and matching with the same in the infocube

3. Check if clicking "Number of Hits' on the selection screen , gives you the no. of CVCs which would get created.

Only if you see here number, then program will create CVCs in the DP PA.

Hi Nagaraju,

I checked the info cube.

Version is there in infocube and I have given the correct version.

But where do we give the dates from and date to in infocube.

While creating the infocube we dont get option to given any dates.

Please let me know what I am missing.

One more thing I want to say here is that I am have not selected 9AVERSION in the MPOS.Infact I am not seeing this char while creating the MPOS. I don't know why but the same char is available while including in the infocube.
