Brand new server connection problems

I have a brand new installation of BO Edge.

I am trying to define a new connection to a SQL server but cannot create it without getting connection error.

My database is SQL server 2005. I am trying to use OLD DB but I keep getting the following error:

CS: COM Provider CLSID not specified or erroneous

Help is appriciated !!!!

I found the solution when i tried opening SAP message. I had to install the SQL native client.

I do use a 64 bit OS and the SQL driver is 32 bit.

Still I cannot connect.

Did you install BO Edge on 64bit WIndows? You should make sure that you still use the 32bit SQL Server driver.
