SAP 8.8

Buenas noches, instale SAP 8.8 PL:12 en windows server 2008 R2 con SQL 2005 SP3 y no puedo lograr una conexión desde un equipo remoto, localmente si puedo sin embargo en otro equipo tengo problemas, me marca error Internal error -1102 ocurred Message 131-183, ya deshabilite el firewall, ya reinstale server tools, ya desinstale como 3 veces SAP e instale, ya deshabilite el UAC y sigo sin poder realizar la conexión, alguna sugerencia adiciona?

Hola

Quintaro, se me presento el mismo problema ahora en SAP 9 solamente con un cliente, realizamos desde reinstalaron, desactivar de antivirus, control de cuentas, etc,.  y la solución fue introducir la IP del servidor como acceso a SAP.

Comparto la respuesta por si se presenta con alguien mas. Saludos Cordiales.

Encontré en el portal una nota con el mensaje de Error: 'Internal error has ocured 1102 - message 131-183' donde se especifica lo siguiente:

Solution

The error 1102 can indicate that the database is not available on the server or you are trying to connect to a database that does not exist.

Sometimes the database will still be displayed in the login screen, so press the refresh button to see which database the client can access, and then try to log on.

If no databases are visible then do the following:

1. On the Microsoft SQL server make sure that the database you want to log into is available on the server and that it is not detached, suspended or offline.

2. Reboot your server and then connect to SAP Business one, and check whether you are able to reproduce this issue or not.

3. If the issue continues:

a. Take a backup of the SBO-COMMON database

b. Delete the SBO-COMMON database

c. Run the 'UpgraderCommon' file from your current patch level installed in the system.

This will create a new SBO-COMMON database.

d) Start SAP Business One.

e) At Logon, click on "Refresh" to retrieve the company list

¿Ya revistaste también la configuración de SQL Sever Surface Configuration que se admitan conexiones remotas por TCP/IP?

Desde el servidor, verificar que la configuración del SQL acepte conexiones remotas tanto de TCP/IP como named pipes. Esta opción la encuentras en Microsoft SQL 2005 > Configuration Tools > SQL Server Surface Area Configuración. En la opción Surface Area Configuration for Services and Connections > Remote Connections > Using both TCP/IP and named pipes.

En caso de no tener dicha configuración y aplicarla, pedirá reiniciar el servidor por lo que hay que cambiar la configuración cuando no se encuentren trabajando en el Servidor.

Gaby, así es, ese parametro ya fue revisado, pero el problema persiste.
