MDM Catalog returning only "SERV" Product Categories.

Dear MDM experts.

We are in SRM 7.1 with MDM 3.0 patch level 4 . the MDM catalog only returning the SERV as product category and not returning the Supplier ID.

What are the setting we might have missed, due to that this prolem is coming.

All the product categories are of materila type and UI settings is only for Material and SERVICE_ITEM is false.

Please suggest.

what do you mean by SERV as product category.

Please desribe me what is the actual problem.

Dear Sudhanshu,

After analysing the problem in depth, I found that while returing the Catalog items the first row is getting over written by the product category of the SRM table. I mean the Product Category table from SRM.

previously it was SERV as product category now its different UNSPSC code , so the first line item of SC is always overwritten with that first line of SRM product category table data.

This was the first problem, the second is,

The shop cart is not getting the vendor master data and replying with shop cart doe snot have source of supply assigned.

Please suggest.
