Hola a todos.
Estoy trabajando recientemente con la importacion de pagos de clientes usando el template oIncomming Payments, y hasta el momento todo ha salido muy bien.
He hecho ejercicios de pagar facturas individuales, grupales y parciales.
Mas son estas ultimas las que he tenido problemas.
Al pagar un documento parcial (por ejemplo si la factura era de 20,000 y se hizo un pago por 10,000) y asi subirlo al template, el pago se aplica correctamente y el campo de Status sigue marcando OPEN.
Sin embargo al querer aplicar otro pago a esa misma factura, dice: "Invoice is already closed or blocked Application defined or object defined error 65171"
Mas he verificado y la factura aun me aparece en la tabla OINV como abierta y en SAP directamente aun me aparece con saldo pendiente.
Tengo que agregar algo mas al template para indicar que es un pago sobre una factura que no se ha cubierto totalmente? O se debe modificar en algun lugar algun otro parametro?

Otro motivo para ese mensaje (nota SAP 894035)
Solution
When you remove unused columns from the DTW Templates, you have to keep the object's key column s(for instance LineNum which is mandatory in Update Mode only). Even if this one is empty, as DTW needs it in order to import or update data.
We recommend not to delete columns from the template.

Solution
The cardcode in the head template should match the cardcode in the invoices.
In addition, B1 is case sensitive, the cardcode in DTW template should be the same cases with the one in B1 application
