SAPgui 720 error (writing to excel from the sap inbo

We are getting the followin error after installing SAPgui 720 Patch 1

Error: The file for the list object could not be written to

As we try to open a report to excel from the sap inbox.

The security settings are set to allow desktop access.

Has anybody else seen this, or found a solution?

We disabled the virus scanner, but the uninstall (from the control panel or running nwsapsetup) does not uninstall sapgui 720. Any other suggestions?

You have a local virus scanner installed? If yes, try again with it deactivated.
