The SAP Exchange Profile has a new user interface.

The former user interface, although deprecated, is still available for use. Since it is not possible to configure message server connections with this deprecated interface, do not edit the connection parameters via this UI when using a High Availability setup. Please take this into account if using it.

The previous SAP Exchange Profile UI is available here.

Hi Gagan,

Seems that is missing a role over there. Please refer to the below SAP Help links to know which role

has to be assigned for each services:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/EN/9f/d12940cbf2195de10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/EN/56/361041ebf0f06fe10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

(The documents are from PI 7.1 but it's valid for the 7.0, just change the PI<user> for XI<user>)

If you are receiving some kind of error just like the 401 Unauthorized, please refer to note:

#936093 - XI 7.0: Changing the passwords of XI service users

Thanks Caio,

Issue Resolved

I should use the user PISUPER instead of J2ee_admin.

Why dont you ask your secutiry people to have a watch on the user you are using and ask them to catpture the error so that, they can know what role you are missing?
