Business Activity Upload

Hi,

I am new to CRM and want to know how we can manage an upload for a Contact Log and Business Activity to be maintained in the CRM system.

I found an object in Emigall (BCONTACT), but am not too sure.

Hello Karan,

Transaction BCT0 and BCT1 are used to create and maintain Contact Log..

Also you can see object BCONTACT in transaction SWO1...

Thanks for writing to me. My present requirement is how do I upload Business Activity in CRM? Secondly, am i right in saying that we can upload Contact Logs using BCONTACT and then replicate the same from IS-U to CRM?

Hi Karan,

It is possible to upload the BCONTACT (Interaction record) directly into CRM using the BAPI 'BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI'.

Ye, Karan - you're right - if the data needs to exist both in the IS-U as well as the CRM system, then you would utilize EMIGALL object BCONTACT> Load into IS-U> then replicate.

However, if the data need only exist in the CRM system, then you can utilize the BAPI suggested by Anu.
